[24]7.ai having more than 12K human agents across all geos and they want to study their agents for their product and AI development.
Understanding the behaviour traits of agents and dividing them into 4-5 basic groups/persona as per their behaviour traits and needs/demands which helps the company in development of their upcoming products and train their AI

Research findings and final personas were presented to all teams and stakeholders for their approval, Poster design of final personas
